Teen Yoga (SA)  trading as Youth Yoga SA, aims to provide yoga to young adults to train their mind and body to bring mental, emotional and physical balance.

We offer yoga classes at your teenagers high school or in our studio in Norwood.

This is a bold and innovated move to differentiate your school from others in providing a wholesome education for your learners

According to Professor K Henningsen of the Kaplan University School of Health Sciences Davenport Iowa USA.  Yoga improves focus and concentration, regular practice is frequently accompanied by better academic, exams and sports performances.  And Aids in shifting self-awareness and emotions, and thus, counteracts negative social and cultural influences i.e.  (media, Internet), including the current pressure to always be online.
